Happy November everyone! We’re heading We’re heading into the holiday season, assuming Li Hao doesn’t pull a fast one on us and trace time elsewhere 😆 To celebrate the holidays, Santa etvo is here with a bunch of tea-sippin’ goodies, Chinese embroidery, and adorable teapots!
We’ve had quite a few word related events for Star Gate, here is our first ever art event! Whip out your paints, pencils, and drawing pads to illustrate any character or scene from the novel!
You can trace a profile of a main character, paint a bunch of coughing old men, or digitally draw the battle of Boundless. Whatever strikes your fancy goes!
Both physical and digital submissions are being accepted for the contest, with no AI art accepted.There will be one winner of the popular vote and one winner of etvo’s choice in each category.

So what’s the loot you can win?
Depending on the category, you can win complete Chinese tea sets, a beautiful piece of framed Chinese embroidery, or a tea mug with a lid! All winners will be receiving karma as well.
The contest will run from Nov. 1 to Nov. 28 for submissions, with voting running from Nov. 29 to Dec. 3. Winners will be announced on Dec. 5, and prizes mailed out shortly –hopefully in time for Christmas!
Voting will take place on social media (my IGand Threads) and a separate WW post. Votes will be tallied across platforms, so you’re more than welcome to have friends and family vote on whatever platform they’re on!
